Eagle Forum Collegians a success!
Eagle Forum Collegians Leadership Summit 2008 was a huge success. Over 100 colleges were represented and the reviews are coming back very positive. Thank you to all the speakers, especially the collegian presenters who give our conference the spark of enthusiasm that needs to catch at campuses around the country. Check out the photo gallery!
Interns in St. Louis Office
We'd like to thank this summer's interns for their hard work in supporting us in the St. Louis office. From left to right, we have Erika, Ruth (not an intern), Andrew, Phyllis, Rachel, Evan, Libby and Rebekah. Erika did web surveys and graphical design work for the Missouri Eagle Forum. Andrew helped in the Mindszenty Foundation office and did lots of cassette-to-CD conversion and database work. Rachel listened through many, many of Phyllis' speeches and found the best parts for others to reference. Evan did U-matic (3/4")-to-DVD conversion and a video project on ANWR. Libby led a project to organize the more than 6,000 3-minute commentaries Phyllis has done since 1983, producing an organized list of them, as well as developing The Eagle Forum's Facebook page. Rebekah helped with Saturday's radio show, the Homemaker of the Year awards and our archives of Phyllis' work.
